Do you sell to the pubblic?

No, we sell to the trade or to professionals only. RRP’s ( Recommended Retail Prices ) are pubblished merely as a suggestion and /or guideline. Consumers may purchase our products at retailers or on leading ecommerce sites. 

How do I open an account?

The preferred way to open an account is through the “B2B registration page” form on our website. You may also email customerservice@floorita.com your first and last name, company name, business address, email, phone number and VAT number. We will set up an account and email your user and password to access the reserved area of the website.

Can I use your images?

Yes, please email your request to customerservice@floorita.com and we will send you, via wetransfer, hi-res images and edited texts.

Who is my sales representative?

We do not have any. In order to keep our overheads as low as possible and offer you the best prices we do all directly. Our B2B system will allow you to check stock, place the order, pay, review the orders, get the tracking …. and more. 24/7!

How do I order?

We recommend placing orders on the website. You may also send orders to orders@floorita.com

How do I see prices?

You may see the wholesale pricing for any product by logging in to your account.

How do I check stock?

On our website, once you are logged-in, you will see a “Stock Availability” dynamic image for each product. It is color-coded and self explanatory. In addition you can access to our "stock-file" via FTP connection to our server ( the stock is updated every 60 minutes ).

What is the order minimum?

No minimum order is required.

How do your product ship and how much does it cost?

We offer a free delivery service in EU with a minimum order of Euro 400 ( some exceptions do apply: please refer to our T&C for details ). This service is a standard 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday service with the courier UPS or TNT. For orders up to Euro 399 shipping costs do apply. Please refer to the shipping costs below or contact us for more information.

Austria/Belgium/Croatia/Denmark/France/Germany/Ireland/Netherlands//Luxemburg/Monaco/Portugal/Slovenia/Spain/United Kingdom = Euro 15 per order.

Czech Rep./Finland/Hungary/Poland/Slovakia/Sweden = Euro 17 per order.                                                                   

Bulgaria/Estonia/Greece/Latvia/Lithuania/Romania = Euro 20 per order

What is your warranty/return policy?

We have a 180 days return policy for manufacturing defects, incorrect orders or incorrect shipments. To make a return please contact us at customerservice@floorita.com to get a RA number. Return shipping costs may apply. Please refer to our T&C for details.

How can I pay?

Payments must be settled upon order  or 30 days terms from the invoice-date  if a credit has been approved;  and can be made in a number of different ways: 

1. Credit/debit card online via Paypal.2. PayPal - pay quickly and easily with your PayPal account 3. Sofort Banking online transfer 4. Bank Transfer - you can wire funds through your bank, our details will follow upon request.
